Two locations in Calgary, Alberta. A dynamic multi-disciplinary team with a special focus in fertility and pre/postnatal care. They have acupuncture, chiropractor, massage therapy, lactation support, yoga, psychology and more.
Katie, with Long Game Fitness, has a big heart and a specialized fitness education for the pre/postnatal periods. She works with you to maintain or achieve the athleticism of your dreams while being mindful of your body during pregnancy and postpartum.

Kaaiaa Health and Wellness is located in Calgary, Alberta. This practice has a pelvic floor physiotherapist that is extremely well known and who both Jess and Lee highly recommend to their clients. They also now offer acupuncture services and workshops!

Connected Chiropractic has a team of chiropractors that are passionate about what they do. However, they are specifically known for their work with those in the pre/postnatal period and working with kids! Their clinic's environment is like no other. It is a place that is extremely kid friendly and about building connections on top of seeking chiropractic treatment.
Trellis society is a non for profit team working to build family resiliency with programs and services for children, youth and families in the Strathmore, Chestermere and surrounding areas. They have a FREE weekly Baby Talk group among many other services and classes for families in the community.
The Strathmore Pregnancy Care Centre is a non-for-profit we are happy to support with many of our events and some of our products include a donation to them. They provide essential services and education to Strathmore and surrounding areas.
Prana Yoga and Maternity is ran by Carla. She is a yoga instructor, Reiki master, meditation coach, sound bath facilitator, childbirth educator and doula. She facilitates beautiful mother's blessing sessions, pre/postnatal yoga and more under Prana Yoga and Maternity.
Ella Bella Maternity is Canada's #1 maternity, nursing and baby boutique AND it is based out of Calgary, Alberta. It has recently moved entirely online, but it's vision is still the same: provide trendy, functional and affordable maternity, nursing, and baby clothing and accessories.
