This class is for anyone who is planning to have a cesarean or wants to learn more to be prepared for this scenario. Why sit through hours of a birthing class that will likely not apply to you? We will teach you all you need to know about cesareans and how to prepare for them! - Reasons cesareans happen or are planned for - The cesarean procedure - How you can still have your desired birth and make it less "clinical" - Newborn care and procedures - Breast/chest feeding after cesarean - Your recovery from a cesarean birth and how to prepare for it These are just some of the things we will cover to make sure you are confidently equipped for this next phase of your journey! Jess and Lee combine their knowledge and experiences as the only Nurse + Doula team to give you the very best education. Cesarean education is important to us, Jess having had both her children via cesarean, and seeing first hand how much better prepared families could be, is why we decided to put this class together!
